Pakistan will stroll this - England are mentally shot after their innings.

    Ah well, such is Hales.
  4. WalkingWicket

    14th June - 1st Semi-final - England v Pakistan

I reckon Hales might enjoy the slightly more circumspect play of Bairstow at the other end - knowing he doesn't have to not get out whilst Roy inevitably does.

    14th June - 1st Semi-final - England v Pakistan

Not sure who the plot armor is with today - England have the 'England ODI revival' story whilst Pakistan have the 'cornered tigers' story - I could see either team winning it.

    11th June - Group B - India v South Africa

De Villiers playing some nice shots at the moment, hope he goes onto a good score.

    6th June - Group A - England v New Zealand

What? Ball MotM? Weird. Was decent in the opening spell but Plunkers was pretty good also - and got twice Ball's wickets.
  8. WalkingWicket

    6th June - Group A - England v New Zealand

Agreed - has looked pretty hopeless in both his innings thus far. Is he better than Colin Munro?
  9. WalkingWicket

    6th June - Group A - England v New Zealand

not sure I would have reviewed that...

    6th June - Group A - England v New Zealand

big spell here for Rash - could get hit around a lot, or could take a valuable wicket or two

    6th June - Group A - England v New Zealand

Game drifting away from England a bit, need a wicket to spice things up.

    6th June - Group A - England v New Zealand

Jake Ball must be pretty chuffed that he's managed to squeeze two games out of his inclusion in this squad, bowled pretty atrociously in the last game. EDIT: oh ffs
  14. WalkingWicket

    6th June - Group A - England v New Zealand

England maybe 20, 25 runs short, considering England's lacklustre bowling and NZ's batting. An early wicket - preferably of Guptill - will be key.

*Official* Pakistan in England and Ireland 2016

This is ludicrous. Since that Azhar over it's been nuts.

Gayle playing for Somerset today/tonight? Not watching on TV ATM.

**Official** Sri Lanka in England and Ireland 2016

Hales just doesn't strike me a as a player who is cut out for Test cricket. Sure, he's a good batsman, but I don't think he's technically all there and neither is his mental game completely up to code. Won't last the summer IMO.

    **Official* IPL 2016

Mark Butcher on Sky confirms Buttler is playing for MI - assuming he is keeping. I know who I am supporting.
  19. WalkingWicket

As a Windies fan i'm insulted

Additionally, Braithwaite was actually one of the few blokes on the Australia tour who stood up - he hit a few decent knocks IIRC. I like the look of him, gonna be good.
