    Better pay, and a system that provides assistance and encouragement to previously disadvantaged categories to play cricket without discriminating against others.

    Saffies don't play for England because they were once colonised by them. They do so because they can earn a better living doing so. That's not true of Indian or Australian batsmen I'd say. And if all the WI, SL, and SA players decamped to England, they wouldn't ALL make a better living. Guys...

    Think SL only play like 5 tests in that time. Otherwise I think he might do that. He's admitted SL won't play enough tests before he's 40 for him to get to 1000 wickets. Quite sad really.

A couple of players made it on their contribution to the game as icons or as human beings in addition to their fine playing records, possibly ahead of players...
