    *Official* Pakistan in Australia

You reckon we'll face a big first innings deficit here?

    *Official* Pakistan in Australia

The planet where he's taken four of the 20 wickets he needs to win the match by stumps on day 2, with a 350 run lead still in hand. I reckon he'll win the match tbh.

    *Official* Pakistan in Australia

He's the only guy in the team at the moment who can generate reverse swing.

Watson's average with the bat now 2 runs higher than his average with the ball. moreover, in the 7 tests since his recall he's averaging 24 more with the bat than ball (54 vs 30) :notworthy

    The CW50 - The Top 3

Healy criminally underrated as a player these days I reckon.

Would have been tempted to let Clarke and Haddin go their hardest for another 30 mins while you got some accurate assessment of what the situation with Hauritz's injury. Still, think we're still an 80% chance to win.

    Sheep Draft Version 2.0

That's the one - the rat who joined a sinking ship. Although he might not be eligible actually, looking him on Cricinfo now.

Oh yeah. This is a featherbed, watching Bollinger and Siddle. note to Asif - bend your back next time.

    *Official* Pakistan in Australia

yeah, just getting my head around that it's not a review of whether or not the batsman was actually out, it's a review of whether the on field umpire has made a serious blue. In line ball cases the distinction is important and as Nicholas just said on the commentary, the system gives the...

I think it's half the ball but because SOME of the ball was in line, it was deemed close enough to not be overruled. If Doctrove had given that not out and Pakistan had challenged, Hussey would have been not out.

Good decision under the system. Hussey a bit unlucky in terms of how the system is framed, but so was Roach. Baffled the umpires need to confer that long.

    *Official* Pakistan in Australia

Lack if movement in the air was a bigger problem than lack of action off the pitch IMO. Yesterday, the Pakistan attack looked like every other attack that comes out here and seems utterly confounded by the fact that the ball rarely swings in Australia. Ajmal looked good until his last half a...

Nominate Mark Macague and Darren Pattison for round 4 sheep.

    The CW50 - The Top 3

Hadlee and Marshall are a couple of pretty handy bowlers as well.

    The CW50 - The Top 3

Funny, I just checked Dujon and Healy out on statsguru - Dujon had 5 centuries and Healy 4, yet if you'd asked me I would have said with 100% conviction that at the time of his retirement, Healy had the record tally for centuries by a keeper. EDIT: Knott also had 5 and Ames 8. If that 'fact'...
