*Official* Second Test (Lord's, London) 28 June–2 July

Wouldn't an idea be to abandon the mess that is the 100 and put the same effort, time and money into T20, one day and test formats, even the county championship has been forgetting by the ECB

*Official* Second Test (Lord's, London) 28 June–2 July

They appear to have gone all in on the 100, even the T20 is pretty much being ignored. My lad has cricket in his comprehensive school as part of PE, he enjoys it but the ECB do nothing to promote any form of cricket apart from the 100 and we know the issues with that stupid format. As I've...

*Official* Second Test (Lord's, London) 28 June–2 July

Possibly mate, but all the buzzwords in the world won't keep their attention as much as winning the series will. The ECB would be better off getting some cricket on free to air, promoting the T20, one day cup and championship rather that that mess that's due on screen in the school holidays...

*Official* Second Test (Lord's, London) 28 June–2 July

Well thats just a bizarre article. Reeks of Arrogance and not a great read. I will just have a quick look at the record books, but im fairly certain it says Australia won the test match to take a 1-0 lead. I cant seem to find the column in the record books that says "but England played all...

*Official* Second Test (Lord's, London) 28 June–2 July

Reading the comments on the BBC app from McCullum, Ali IF fit will play, Barstow is a shoe in, so the only change might be Wood coming in

    2nd test- bowl attacks

Agree with you about Stokes, problem as you say is hes clearly not fit so cant be expected to be the 4th seamer. I am expecting Woods to come in for Moeen and Root to be the part time spinner

*Official* First Test (Edgbaston, Birmingham) 16–20 June

I dont think its a bad thing that questions are asked about certain aspects of the test and how we played, its only natural after a defeat and there will no doubt be questions when we win as well. The vast majority of posts are saying there has to be a touch more balance between all out...

*Official* First Test (Edgbaston, Birmingham) 16–20 June

A great balanced post which i broadly agree with. However as i have stated fans of any sport are results driven and IF the exciting cricket doesn't bring results, then casual fans wont bother. Its caught the imagination at the minute and Sky etc are hyping it, but it wont keep catching the eye...
