And yeah there's a risk. But he needs it imo

Cummins has got so much to go before he's extracting the pace from this action and got the matches under the belt. This bowling is good for him imo, needs to bank

Watching all that emotion spill over today was something to behold, I'm thrilled for Mitch. This is the road of roads though. I'm skeptical of what this means long term. Very skeptical.

Might want to hold off on that until Cummins plays an ashes in england. Different kettle of fish from starc and johnson

Smith wont ever get out, Mitch Marsh about to ton up... Not a road though.

The argument is that Warner and Maxwell are both imperiously talented players, mismanaged by CA and both in danger of falling off the scene at various stages. One met his partner who turned him into an athlete, and that is why you have Warner the test batsman. Glenn hasn't been so lucky to find...

Credit to CA for that? Hint: no.

You mean be incorrect? Warner succeeded because of Candice, and certainly has a higher test average and has played more tests. But as an inferior talent. We've managed Maxwell so badly it's kind of frightening.

Ya huh. You probably didn't think Steve Smith looked Australia's most talented batsman in 2010 either.

Ridiculous. Second best batsman in the country, and one of the most talented in the world. Would be absolutely terrified of this bloke in an oppo team. Rank incompetence that he isn't in the team.

That was a plan from emperor cumin. Root was all over altering that footwork to the ball coming at his pads, and he wasn't in position for something cramping him around the ribcage. Cumin will end Joe's captaincy in the coming few years.

Annoys me how many records have fallen because modern wickets are so much more benign than they were when those older matches were being played.

Can't understand people wrapping up tons on roads. They're easy and inconsequential. Doubt even the inclusion of Mitch Marsh can prevent a draw here. The WACA curators should've dished up better than this for the final game, fmd.

Hopefully it deteriorates, because it has looked like one of those no hope of a result games since about over 2.

    Sure. By today's standards.

Be nice if we produced genuinely fast wickets in this country again. It's the best cricket to watch. Fast bowlers on fast decks ffs
