    Jasprit Bumrah vs Joel Garner

What’s the argument for Garner? Honestly asking.

Ravindra Jadeja vs Ravichandran Ashwin - Better test cricketer

I agree that Jadeja is testing my prejudices against him as a bits and pieces cricketer. He’s Imran Khan quality at home and Ben Stokes quality abroad. That’s something.

    3rd Test (Lord’s) - 10 July to 14 July

England has more margin for error than India does, but like every other match in this series we go to day 5 guessing the outcome. Go test cricket.

    3rd Test (Lord’s) - 10 July to 14 July

Jadeja is as good as any specialist bat. Sundar is the spinner here.

    3rd Test (Lord’s) - 10 July to 14 July

I was at Lords. Bumrah and Siraj and Root were good. day 2 pretty much Bumrah, Smith and Rahul these are two mid teams with a couple ATGs evenly matched

    3rd Test (Lord’s) - 10 July to 14 July

please stop trying to justify an England team that gets its ass handed back to them when they travel to India and is neck and neck against the worst Indian team in 25 yeats

    3rd Test (Lord’s) - 10 July to 14 July

I’m in a country where betting sites are banned. What are the bookies saying?

    3rd Test (Lord’s) - 10 July to 14 July

No setting in England comes close, or supports swing bowling better (not that there any English bowlers who can bowl swing properly anymore)
  14. M

    3rd Test (Lord’s) - 10 July to 14 July

no. Batting time is important. They need to see off another 10 overs without losing a wicket, score 20-25 runs and get the lead under 50 with Sundar still to bad.

    3rd Test (Lord’s) - 10 July to 14 July

Equation is simple. India needs to be batting at the end of the day today. If they’ve done that, they probably have a slight lead and have given England less time to bat them out of the game

    3rd Test (Lord’s) - 10 July to 14 July

England ended day 1 251/4 with Root on 99 India ended day 3 lunch 248/4 with Rahul on 98 damn these two teams are weirdly matched

An English player can never be great unless they show great performance in Australia
