James Anderson picks his all time team.

Stokes a better captain , a better batsman , a better fielder , less injury prone .. Even in the bowling , Stokes has a better SR , a better bowling average in less overs bowled than Flintoff. Flintoff was talent wise a better bowler due to his ability to bowl express pace but it doesn't...

    Birthday Chronology Draft: Reversed Order

There was a SA test player named Rudi Steyn who played 3 tests , if someone had picked Dale Steyn with his birthdate after Ataraxia's selection and contended it , it would have been interesting to see what @capt_Luffy would have ruled lol !

James Anderson picks his all time team.

Can understand if Stokes is being picked because Anderson played his best cricket with Stokes , they were both genuine weapons of the England test team ..Like if you were going to include some of your teammates Stokes should get in ahead of Flintoff in that context

James Anderson picks his all time team.

Yes i agree not selecting Steve Smith is Anderson protecting his ego from all the runs Smith smashed against him, no other explanation for one of the ATG's from Anderson era not to be included in Jimmy's team.

Got to feel for Zim ,losing these many games in a row at home must take its toll , and there is still the NZ test series to come !

Zimbabwe tactics all wrong, this pitch is for spinners yet they started with 4 seamers , it's like they don't know their own conditions

I feel there should be room for some flexibility in this policy, like for example Robinson could have been kept in the side instead of Conway who was also a replacement player for Finn Allen , Conway is 34 and refused a central contract, Robinson is 23 and one for the future for NZ cricket 🏏

Tim Robinson dropped after a match winning 75* is silly , surely you would want a young player to build on that score than rotate him

It has happened before , Michael Bevan was an ATG ODI player and an elite Sheffield Shield player but couldn't crack Test cricket, Rassie Van Der Dussen a similar player to Shai Hope struggled in Tests but has a 50 avg in odi cricket, Martin Guptill , Jos Buttler etc

Quinton De **** vs Shikhar Dhawan

But Dhawan performed in every ICC tournament and a Champions Trophy winner

Quinton De **** vs Shikhar Dhawan

It's very close but I rather have Dhawan due to his record in Champions Trophy and World Cups. I do believe QDK was more talented , crazy how he threw away his international career, he could have easily become the most prolific keeper batsman of all time and his hundreds by a keeper bat would...

    3rd Test (Lord’s) - 10 July to 14 July

Look at the margin of defeat it was 20 odd runs , that means the structure of the team is not the huge problem , it's the fine margins .. India's attack took 20 wickets they did the job , many Indian fans if they are honest were expecting a win after bowling England out for 192 , unfortunately...
