There are plenty of banned substances which help mainly in muscle recovery which primarily allows players to practice and train more strenuously with a lower risk of injury. I think those would be particularly useful in a sport like the NBA...

    Absolute insanity in the second Game 7. Mavs up 30 in half time. Booker and Paul didn't land a single field goal. Luka played only 18 min in the first half and has 27-3-9, can't miss from the 3 point line. On the way to one of the GOAT Game 7 performances. Glad I woke up for this.
