    If you play it out of panic like South Africa do, it's a choke. India were just over confident, they really thought they could do anything in the last 10 overs. It actually helped to shape the success of the rest of India's successful world cup run and knock everyone else out :)

    I was confident chasing 270. You're right, they did collapse in the group stages. However, at closer inspection, it wasn't a "true collapse." They seemed to think they could go for 6 every ball in the last 10 overs because of the number of class batsmen yet to bat, the application was wrong...

    NZ v Pak- It was a group game and in a knockout Pak would have won for sure. Also Ross Taylor was dropped several times. It was a once in a blue moon result, that coming from an Indian fan. OZ are better than most teams bar India.

    I agree with all that except when you say SL has been more impressive than India. I mean they played England and NZ to get to the final, hardly box office stuff. India did it the hard way and came out playing well. SL might not have even made it to the final if they faced Australia then Pakistan.

    To come back from 31-2, chasing in the world cup final, just shows the strengh of this legendary Indian Batting lineup. They have made the total look small and the Sri Lankans are just going through the motions :laugh:
