***Official***THE FINAL- India vs Australia - November 19th - Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad (D/N)

8W-12L is Australia's record against India in the last six years in India. So by this metric, I would take those odds for Australia, not that they are reflective of India's domineering form this tournament.

Winner: India Highest scorer: Rohit Most wickets: Kuldeep Most fielding dismissals: Jadeja WTF! Moment of the match: An Australian top order batter makes an embarrassingly long duck Player of the Match: Rohit (India bat), Shami (India bowl)

Fair enough that Head was man of the match, but the player who exceeded their form-line by the biggest amount was clearly Starc. Absolutely ruthless bowling after spraying it all tournament and set the tone. Australia also couldn't have won without him.

Well glad we got through. The mess we made of this basically confirms we are no chance of surviving Jadeja and Kuldeep at Ahmedabad though, let alone god-mode Shami. The spin-playing hysteria we are in hasn't diminished since the Nagpur test earlier this year. Only hope is to blow out the top...

Agree that he should bowl the spinners out. Need wickets now.

Took his time but the Smith computer seems to have installed the right firmware.

Good job Inglis. Now for Smith not to lose his head against Shamsi.

Imagine Carey coming out now lol Reverse sweeping first ball

Time for Inglis to actually perform better than the underperforming player he replaced.

Good appeal by Australia though. Looked like a forgone conclusion.

Question: is the reserve day also a D/N fixture or can they start in the morning?

Starc showed no signs of being able to land it in the right area this consistently the last 9 games... have to admire showing up right when it was required.

Most movement I've seen our bowlers get all tournament and it's not even close.

Mitchell is the batter I'd hoped Stoinis would become.
