How does Ravindra Jadeja compare with Kapil Dev and Ian Botham ( Tests)

Botham had a crazy conversion rate (which is one issue for Jadeja - that said he’s often come in at absurd scores), but had that peak and then wasn’t anywhere near as good outside of it. Wouldn’t say Jadeja is a better bat than Botham, but he’s definitely a very reliable (maybe even more...

What *should* Ben Stokes have done when Jadeja refused to accept a draw?

Nothing wrong with offering a draw. Not that much wrong with bowling the part timers either. It’s all the petulant **** between that. https://www.instagram.com/reel/DMpcza4TrqB/

What if Sachin Tendulkar was born in England. Do you think he would have ended up with a better record?

Did visiting players in the 90s average 50+ in England or not? Are any of those better than Sachin?

What if Sachin Tendulkar was born in England. Do you think he would have ended up with a better record?

00s but Kevin Pietersen averaged 47+. Claiming Sachin wouldn’t average 50+ is nuts.

What if Sachin Tendulkar was born in England. Do you think he would have ended up with a better record?

Why wouldn’t he debut as a teen for England? That doesn’t have to be at 16. Could be at 18-19. Guy was scoring international hundreds for fun by that point, he would have absolutely smashed whatever level he was playing at and been fast tracked

What if Sachin Tendulkar was born in England. Do you think he would have ended up with a better record?

Bigger question is what would his English name be? He would almost certainly have more tests, more runs and more centuries. The only real question is average - and that depends on whether you think he would have been allowed to debut as a teen and retire as late as he did in his poor run of...
