If only MacGill had been born a few thousand kilometers northwest, Kumble(similar age) might’ve been Plan B.

Won't make a Ranji side with the performances he showed against India and Sri Lanka, specially on the latter, on pitches where Warne averaged 20.

Kuldeep is extremely unlucky. He should be India's main spinner in tests. They have their all rounders bowling pace. Kuldeep is better than Both Jadeja and Axar especially on non SC wickets.

Kuldeep and Hogg are the most unfortunate bowlers due to excellent peers they had. Herath too was there, but at least he had a proper career

That's like saying Taijul is brilliant since he is Bangladesh's best bowler after Shakib; and it ain't even true for Shah. Afridi even is better.
Yasir Shah > Mo Abbas > Afridi

Say what you want about UAE pitches, but he took more than 5 wickets per test at a s/r in the 50s. That's absolutely brilliant. Was arguably Pakistan's most important cricketer of the 2010s ahead of Misbah and Younis Khan.

In tests won:

Yasir Shah - 139 wickets in 21 tests (c. 7 wickets per test)
You have to take 20 wickets to win a test.
