    You know as well as I that was a sarcastic comment. Saying ‘Francis pls post more’. Jokes are when two people laugh, if you don’t like or agree with what I say, great. That’s why I joined - for differences of opinion. New members should feel welcome instead of abused or needlessly provoked.

    So both sides can’t bat that well, England’s one proper good bat is out of form and has struggled in recent times in any game other than a dead rubber. The only people who score runs for England look set to be benched anyway for Broad, Anderson and Archer.

    Don’t think Jonny is good enough to bat higher than 7. His technique at test level is always found out anywhere that may do a little bit. He always seems to just waft at the ball and get out bowled or lbw then review like a sulky little brat even if it’s obviously out.

    Of course he'll be picked, they don't have the balls to tell him he's been poor for 2 years. He gets in 'cause his name is Broad, not because he's been bowling well. I'm sure he'll make me eat it but as we stand now, there are better options.
