    I've had some improvement... Not yet 100% but there's hope. The trick seems to be snapping the wrist just the right amount at the top of the arc. ?

    I bought one of those Speedarm ball throwers but can't get the technique right. I just end up throwing the ball into the ground. What am I doing wrong?
