    Get Fit First then add Power Jakster as the title suggests.....get fit first....conditioning is all important.....get fit first that means toning.... less weight and more reps....10-12 ideal...stay away from heavy weights whilst increasing fitness/tone/conditioning = all 1 in the same...

    Julian and Jakster you both have valid points... but for personally i think.... it depends on the wicket, is it taking spin before you employ such a attacking field ??? if it is then aggressive fielders are good.....but if not then bowl patiently and build pressure... pressure = frustration...

    Run up firstly don't bowl long spells - they'll hurt you in the long run 2nd...sort your run up...sorry bud...i would help you but trying to explain how to sort a run up by text would be a nightmare.....i might do a video on a blog post ...and give you the link... get a friend to monitor you...
