Andy Flower's Wicket Keeping, just how good was he?

Thala_0710

International Captain
With the less amount of footage available for older Zimbabwe matches, was really interested in knowing how was Flower rated as a keeper?
Some have described him as a fine keeper, safe and forgettable, which is a good quality for a keeper. Some describe him as not test standard, poor to the extent his keeping would be a big liability if he were to be handed the gloves.
So just how good was he?

People speak as if he is Kamran Akmal. His playing career was the peak of me watching cricket and I can attest that he was a safe wicket keeper. While not acrobatic like a Gilchrist or De Villiers, he didn't drop any catches as well. Kept to both pace and spin well. In CW, people have just tarnished his reputation as a keeper saying he was terrible with the gloves. He was not.
