I'd put 4 Australians, 2/3 SA, 3 NZ, 2 WI, Bumrah, and Asitha Fernando ahead of him.

You're not far wrong though as the 4 Aussies ,2 Saffers, 1 Kiwi and 1 WI are ahead of him.
Joseph and Asitha are the next 2 seamers behind him.
Not sure which other Kiwis are better seeing the only bowlers to out perform in the NZ series were Carse and Henry.

That has a lot to do with the era tbf. There’s quite a few pace bowlers with sub 40 strike rates since his debut (Henry is at 30 and Jansen is at 33)

Your link doesn't work. But those players you mentioned have played far fewer tests in that time
Atkinson has played the most games of any seamer in that time apart from Siraj/Woakes and still maintained that SR. All from his debut whereas a lot of the others far more experienced
