Yeah I'm definitely in the "Ponting would have definitely done comparably quite well against most of the great WI quicks" but he did have problems with skiddy swing bowlers. Not massive problems, mind you; the guy at his peak was about as good against pace as there's been in the game, but enough problems that it wouldn't be a given at all.
