3rd Test (Lord’s) - 10 July to 14 July

Bumrah is a better batter in challenging conditions than Gill

This is why he's a true alpha

In saying that, I'm sure he's going to lose his wicket this over

I don't get why England haven't gone for a more aggressive field. They've still got a heap of runs to play with, get Jadeja out of his comfort zone.

You'd be surprised how many people are saying it on various comments pages and WhatsApp groups!
it's because it used to be illegal and people can be slow to pick-up to rule changes

and of course the rule change had no merit whatsoever imo but that's a different subject

To all those people who said Pant and India were cheating despite being told it was within the Laws Bashir has come on and is bowling. He has been off the field since his injury except for being allowed to bat.
It definitely wasn't cheating but I don't think it should be allowed. But moreover it's a poor comparison unless when Bashir was off the field Ben Foakes came on to keep wicket.

Keeping wicket is not the same as fielding at midwicket and I won't pretend it is.

Test Match special/Sky Sports cricket have explained it aswell as the written media but some people just like to have a go at the opposition in an aggressive way.You will note that the crowd at Lord's haven't hassled Pant or Bashir because they are mostly knowledgable.
