My rank would be:
1. Aus
2. Wi
3. Sa
4. Eng
5. Ind
6. Sl
7. Nz
8. Pak
9. Zim
10. Ire
11. Ban
12. Afg
Zim should surely be higher (as long as Flowees keeping is being ignored) They were an exceptional catching and fielding side around late 90s early 00s which is where most of those players are from.

The other teams are a combination of their best fielders from various generations though, with most of them having played 50+ years of cricket now. It makes sense that we'd be able to 4 good/great slippers better.

Wasn't Davidson particularly Great in the Short-leg?

A good portion of the other teams have most of their cordons from eras where they played together, so the 50+ years of cricket thing is moot.

Zim are comfortably better than the SC names above them. They are probably just behind SA.

As brilliant as Mark Waugh was in the field, I'd open with David Boon at (forward) short leg.
