For me,
Test - India VS Australia at Eden Gardens 2001
ODI - England VS New Zealand in WC Final at Lord's 2019
T20I - India VS Pakistan in WC at Melbourne 2022

EDIT - Must have watched it live is the only criteria to pick the match.

Agree with the other 2; but if watching live is the criteria I will go for Test with:
India vs Australia at Brisbane 2021

Based on what I've watched :

Test - England vs Australia Birmingham 2005
ODI - England vs NZ 2015 ODI Final
T20 - West Indies vs India 2016 T20 Semi Final

Test -

very tough, I've been lucky enough to watch a few good ones. Some Ashes and BGT matches over the years would definitely qualify. But being honest with myself I have to go with Multan 2005, Eng vs Pak. It's the match that got me hooked on Tests.

ODI - lots of good memories from the 90s, but being honest it has to be 2019 WC final

T20 - not watched many outside of the WCs, so I guess 2007 final?

Because the matches you have mentioned are not close contest... all of it is one sided so either this is a troll post are u have just watched 1 match of each format
What’s wrong with someone enjoying seeing their team dominate?

nothing wrong with that but this thread isnt about the most one sided matches ever
No. Its about the best matches ever that someone’s watched live. Stop whinging because he has a different definition of best than you.
