Feel like they've left their run too late. If Smith could ton up in 60 balls Kohli could have done better than just a run-a-ball chasing 390

not that (if they lose) I'm blaming the batsmen at all. Conceding 390 in the first place is the issue

Still some very impressive shots this from India. They probably need a big 20+ over somewhere.

The lack of strike rotation in this team seriously sticks out as a big weakness. The only one capable of scoring at close to a run a ball even when the boundaries arent flowing is Kohli. Even for Rohit, who's probably a better ODI batsman than Kohli at the moment, its a weakness. Atleast the power hitting isnt as big an issue now with Pandya back.
Yeah, Rahul demonstrating this right now. Four dots for every boundary currently.

All the backstage segments of Warner remind me of WWE

Half expecting Warner to drive the ambulance back himself and come on the field in the 50th to a screamer

Whatever it takes!!!
BOwling is the issue. Aussies, even their big 3 seamers are bowling into the pitch cutters and cross seam deliveries. Our guys did not try it enough or did not commit to it enough even when they did try, except Pandya.

Disappointing that India aren't going a bit harder. Feel like Jadeja gave up too early last game as well. Just because the target is unlikely doesn't mean you shouldn't at least try. Personally I'd rather see all out with 5 overs to go than something like 5 for 330 after 50.
