2019 World Cup draft

Of course that's combined. Tier 1 I had 2 keepers, 2 all rounders, 5 pace bowlers, 0 spinners and 9 batsmen. Because a draft is as much about names as it is about ability these players largely were the first to go. I targeted a keeper and all rounder first since they would give me the most options going forwards, even if (for example) Warner is a better pick as batsman than Stokes. Picking Stokes means I have more flexibility in later rounds as I already have a 5th bowler (And now with Gayle a 6th).

Part of the fun of drafts and fantasy sport games is learning about the players and a way of doing that is to make lists of them .

This was a good draft since there was only 150ish players. I did forget about Steyn until I'd already made my spreadsheet, so my list of players was not exhaustive and he'd be a tier 1 or 2 bowler according to my system.
