Too many mediocre bowlers here for my taste. Getting 20 from Jaya, Symonds (in particular) and Klusenar will hurt. I

If Kohli hasn't peaked yet in ODI cricket, and his form over the last 3 years suggest he may not have, he is going past Tendulkar ABdV and Sir Viv as the greatest ever in ODI.

you don't. McGrath is one of the locks of any ATG XI, along with Tendulkar. Everyone else is debatable.

Yes Burgey. Donald is a personal favourite of mine and I had to leave Mcgrath out to take him so that the batting is not compromised. On second thoughts and mainly from the WC point of view, yes, Mcgrath wins over Donald.

Yeah, it's not as though Donald is terrible or anything. You're comparing great bowlers. It often comes down to personal preference I suppose. Donald was great to watch when he was in full flight.

Donald was my favourite player for a long time, so I wouldn't think I'd be biased against him. I have trouble thinking of him anywhere near an ODI team though. I think this might be partly a result of him not being the best bowler in his team. But Pollock is basically Mcgrath with a glitch in the matrix.

I'd have Watson over Hussey (or Klusener) & McGrath over Pollock (or Warne). You're right that bowlers win you tournaments and GD McGrath has done it in 3 WCs! Just my opinion, solid team.
