well Freeware is free, Shareware isnt totally free and most of the time you got to pay for the whole version of the game, not much money most of the times

Shareware games would usually, by their very nature, be a slightly higher quality, although there are some good freeware games and some atrocious shareware ones.
Freeware is a totally free product. Shareware means you download a demo version and then pay to upgrade it to the full version

Shareware is a method of distributing software that you can use for a certain period of time .For example you may be limited to only using the software for 15 days without paying.
Freeware means you can use the program completely free and do not have to pay anything.
