here are my edited database files. it has all the county sides replaced by international teams. In county division 1 it has:

Australia
England
Pakistan
Sri Lanka
NZ
South Africa
India
ZImbabwe
Windies

Div 2
England B
Kenya
Aus B
Rest of the world (retired players, oldies)
India B
Holland
Namibia
Canada
Bangladesh


Feel free to change around using magpie if you dont like my team selections, players etc. it's something i made for my enjoyment and thought i'd share. you guys could change it to something better. I am currently testing out the first season.

BTW, ignore internationals, as none of the best players get selected.
Back up your databases. The names of the teams have dots(.) at the end 'cos game crashes if the same name as int'l teams.

imagine - did you update the players skills or leave them how they are?

i also made a database today(though i don't know how to attach them), i drafted every single player on the whole database(except minor county players) into a random county side. i done this more for when i manage international teams because then everyone will play domestic cricket unlike the original when sometimes players play no domestic cricket, it also makes for an extremley challenging domestic season with every county containing a huge diversity of nationalities and every county being up to international standard, however the downside is that the squads are huge - about 70 players in each side.

Imagine, have you got this data in the format of the normal game, with all the players with their countries and stuff as the edited players seem realistic and complete.

I'm having a bit of a problem with the First XI's. It appears that when I play as Surrey the First XI is that of Surrey's... therefore I have Surrey players... I'll see if I can just change it around a bit for a match and get it going again.

Yeah, all that is is the default XI for that team you edit.

All you need to do is swap them with any players and they will disappear.

I am nearly finished a updated database of all players at there current level. Also a new county season which will include :- New South Wales, Queensland, Western Aus, Victoria and teams from NZ, Zimbabwe, SA, Wi, Kenya & Holland the rest is made up of remaining english teams. note all players have no nation and 5 yr contracts. having a little trouble with the budgets but with 5 yr contracts u can keep them for a while. Any one be interested in this?

Make them English - No Nation counts as Overseas.

change some peoplemoney contrats as some off them are very expensive make all lower 50000pounds i played the other international season whic was mde by some one 4 months bak the only problem was that players were soo expensive and i was keep loosing players

Yeah i can make them all english, only problem is at test time all the aussies get picked for england.I guess to keep the game going long term it would be better suited to have them english. I have just randomly changed the engilsh squads to try and match the kits, i.e make NSW one day kit light blue, WA one day kit yellow. The english sides that i have changed i have added the better players to other english sides to strengthen them. As the new teams are fairly strong. The Australian squads have their proper emblems and the one country teams just have their national emblem. Any ideas? should be ready real soon and some feed back would be great.

That can't be edited, the salaries are determined by an in-game algoithm.

Yeah the budgets are hard to control. sometimes u change the amount and it works, then the next time not so lucky. I am putting the current 2004/05 aussie state squads in so the rookies free up some room with the budget. Decided to include all the aussie states in and all is coming along well. I won't be doing the current stats for each player as that is a real pain but the abilities are hopefully acurate to their current form.
