*Official* CW U19s Tour of Asia
Cricket Web Under 19s will embark on their first ever tour of Asia during this off season. The tour will include a Tri-Nations tournament involving Bangladesh, the home team, Sri Lanka and Cricket Web. After the complication of this Tri-Nations tournament Cricket Web will visit Pakistan and India for two three Test Match series.
This tour is by far the biggest tour that the Under 19s have undertaken since their establishment two seasons ago. The tour will be used as a major learning curve for the players both on and off the field. Allowing them experiencing the rich cricketing cultural that only the sub continent can provide and varying style of cricket that is need in these conditions. Should be a good tour, and good luck to all those who are selected.

Personally I hope that this coincides with club cricket, because otherwise we're in serious danger of burning out our young players - 10 Tests and about the same ODIs in 1 off season is a heck of a lot for a team with experience, but for 17 and 18 year olds, it's potentially dangerous to their development.
