    April 29

Back on schedule. *breathes out* The four top teams keep on going strong.

Garven Island Sharks v Fitzworthingham Broncos

    Scorecard
    Ball By Ball

    Code:
    Garven Island	Fitzworthingham
    Tariq Hogarth
    Hanbury Speirs
    Gregory Nixon
    Piper Medlow
    Shaukhat	+Condliffe
    +Monaghan	Wallwork
    Dharajia	Williams
    Edmondson	Rhynehart
    Das A Currie
    Bristow Simpson
    Stuart Caldwell
Rhys Williams routed the Sharks, taking seven wickets, with Tariq, Hanbury, Gregory and Shaukhat all gone for sub-1 scores as the Sharks slipped to six for four. The amateurs shone as conditions became easier, and Wallwork, Nixon and Condliffe all passed 60 in a huge tally of 435 runs. And despite a fine rearguard from Shaukhat, Williams was once again the bowling hero, nabbing six for 75 in a long day's work.

    Garven Island Sharks 72 (Williams 7/33) & 231 (Shaukhat 103*, Stuart 53; Williams 6/75, Speirs 2/79)
    Fitzworthingham Broncos 435 (Wallwork 125, Nixon 75, Condliffe 67)

Fitzworthingham Broncos (21pts) beat Garven Island Sharks (0pts) by an innings and 132 runs
Man of the Match: R. Williams (Fitzworthingham Broncos)

    Gofftown Tigers v Nixonstown Foxes

    Scorecard
    Ball By Ball

    Code:
    Gofftown	Nixonstown
    Thampi Luff
    Courtis Dravid
    Malthus Eccles
    Swann +Gray
    Mahmood Sanjeet
    Hartley Fox
    Jamaluddin	Adhikari
    Thomas Flanaghan
    +Patel Teisseire
    Demeza Tushar
    Masterman	Laeeq
Despite the rearguard opening partnership of the second innings between Dravid and Luff, James Malthus kept his calm in the face of a huge target and batted through from number three to win the game. At 121 for five, Gofftown were struggling, but Jamaluddin joined Malthus and batted them to victory. Earlier, Thomas had been in prime bowling form, nabbing nine for 102 to bowl out the Foxes for low totals.

    Nixonstown Foxes 189 (Tushar 34; Thomas 4/31, Demeza 2/50, Malthus 2/58) & 258 (Dravid 86, Luff 76; Thomas 5/71, Demeza 4/73)
    Gofftwon Tigers 238 (Mahmood 51; Fox 7/70) & 212/5 (Malthus 57*)

Gofftown Tigers (16pts) beat Nixonstown Foxes (1pt) by five wickets
Man of the Match: G. M. Thomas (Gofftown Tigers)

Greater Robbham de Grooters v Campsfield Braves

    Scorecard
    Ball By Ball

    Code:
    Greater Robbham	Campsfield
    Lucas Langdon
    Tariq Jahangir
    Palmer Blackman
    Sukhvinder	Hasabnis
    Broadbridge	McEwan
    Finnegan	+Harvey
    +Jervis Collins
    Amir Dunks
    Pardhasaradhi	Jacklin
    Mitchell	Das
    Fortune Jadeja
A long and fruitless day from Adam Collins, who bowled 48 overs with extremely little reward in Robbham. Amir and Mitchell were sharper, but it was Tariq Khan who shone for de Grooters, with a hundred coupled with five wickets in the first dig.

Robbham chased quick runs in the second innings, and fell to Collins and the rain, eventually declaring just after lunch. Collins came in at a precarious position at 97 for five, but a couple of crucial drops ended de Grooters' challenge despite two late wickets from Amir.

    Greater Robbham de Grooters 346 (Tariq 115; Hasabnis 6/129) & 163/6d (Collins 3/45)
    Campsfield Braves 201 (Blackman 46; Tariq 5/50, Amir 3/52, Mitchell 2/38) & 181/7 (Harvey 67; Amir 4/60, Mitchell 2/36)

Greater Robbham de Grooters (9pts) drew with Campsfield Braves (4pts)
Man of the Match: Tariq Khan (Greater Robbham de Grooters)

    Maddington Frenzy v Edfield Seahawks

    Scorecard
    Ball By Ball

    Code:
    Maddington	Edfield
    Kross Herbert
    Kellaway	Barnaby
    Malone jnr.	Galbraith
    G Simpson	James
    Courtenay	Satish Kumar
    Fielke Ghaffar
    H Simpson	Borcich
    Syed Whitehead
    Payne Morton
    +Lawrell	+Baber
    Stobo Derick
The Seahawks continued their slide in a spectacular clash in the Bacchanalia Fields, where several stars shone in a game where more than two thirds of the runs were made in the final two innings. Syed, Payne and Malone jnr. routed Maddington for 128, before improbably, Borcich recovered with five for 37 after his 36, allowing a three-run lead for the Seahawks. A gritty innings for Satish Kumar made the second-innings work very tough for the Frenzy, and while Syed struck six times no others could help. Four batsmen passed 40 as Maddington were set 297 to win; improbably, they managed. Rob Malone jnr. recovered from a first innings duck with an extraterrestrial 182 not out, stealing the limelight from Borcich at the very end.

    Edfield Seahawks 128 (Borcich 36; Malone jnr. 3/32, Syed 3/33, Payne 3/36) & 293 (James 50, Herbert 47, Satish Kumar 46, Borcich 45; Syed 6/92, Stobo 3/45)
    Maddington Frenzy 125 (Borcich 5/37) & 297/5 (Malone jnr. 182*, Kellaway 55; Herbert 3/74)

Maddington Frenzy (17pts) beat Edfield Seahawks (5pts) by five wickets
Man of the Match: R. Malone jnr. (Maddington Frenzy)

    Stedingham Jets v Pickford Panthers

    Scorecard
    Ball By Ball

    Code:
    Stedingham	Pickford
    Deodhar Richings
    Wallis Bhattacharjee
    +Gaukroger	+Hepworth
    Prabhakar Rao	Jacob
    Chaudhari	Chopra
    Hogarth Trafford
    Innes Cockerill
    Gillespie	Gokarn
    Petherick	Rabone
    Javed Shafiq	McCrystal
    Bala Bhadauria
The Jets and the Panthers played out a dull draw with only one active professional, Megan Gaukroger, who failed to impress in her two innings. Bhattacharjee took nine wickets and was named Man of the Match.

    Stedingham Jets 319 (Gillespie 68, Innes 53; McCrystal 4/85, Bhattacharjee 4/117) & 242/9 (Deodhar 85; Bhattacharjee 5/69)
    Pickford Panthers 369 (Cockerill 77, Jacob 57; Gillespie 3/59)

Pickford Panthers (8pts) drew with Stedingham Jets (6pts)
Man of the Match: N. C. Bhattacharjee (Pickford Panthers)

    Twybridge Titans v Davistow Darters

    Scorecard
    Ball By Ball

    Code:
    Twybridge	Davistow
    Joslin Dawlat
    +Hale Chapman
    Weber +McDonagh
    Amresh Kumar	Ehsan
    Bokey Murdoch
    White Waheed
    Naidu Cassidy
    J McNamara	Bayley
    Buttsworth	Lawrence
    Forner Naik
    Cotterill	Raghav
Raghav and Dawlat made early inroads and sent the Titans crashing to 53 for six at the Riverside; from then on, the Titans were in control. Jack McNamara stepped up with an excellent 83, and there were four other fifties, before Weber roared through with five wickets at the head of an excellent bowling effort. Following on, Weber went a wicket better, while his bowling partner McNamara claimed three victims as the Titans continued a magnificent start to the season.

    Twybridge Titans 338 (McNamara 83, Naidu 69, Forner 58; Dawlat 4/54)
    Davistow Darters 116 (Weber 5/44) & 174 (f/o, Weber 6/57, McNamara 3/27)

Twybridge Titans (21pts) beat Davistow Darters (0pts) by an innings and 48 runs
Man of the Match: T. V. Weber (Twybridge Titans)

    Table:

    Code:
    Twybridge	3-0-1	48
    Fitzworthingham	3-1-0	45

    Garven Island	0-3-1 6
    Messi scores on the rebound.

The color of immortality, nature and envy - you are truly a unique person. While clearly the color of nature, you also symbolize rebirth, fertility and hope in the world. On the other side of the spectrum, a natural aptitude to money with green coming to signify money and possibly even *********!
