Maybe, but it's also possible that he wouldn't have picked him had he known he was South African....given how many of them are still available.

If one person was able to change their pick because they made a mistake then surely everyone is allowed to change a mistake.

Andy Flower is not a terrible pick for South Africa although probably not one that would be made this round.
