Yeah the young Currans may pass TRJ in the pecking order anyway. Think he may be one of those unfortunate guys who misses out but in another era would have had 30 caps.

Pretty disconcerting that the lions batsman lost 12 wickets to Rashid Khan so cheaply. He's a good bowler but he's just come from a T20 tournament (and played no first class cricket) so it should have been difficult for him to adjust. My guess is they all played for spin and were done by his lack of it and the googly. Would be nice if he got a go in county cricket based on this as an overseas player. Would take some wickets but might improve some of our bats.

Fair First Class debut for Rashid Khan, then. Twelve cheap wickets and a half century at number nine. Awesome.
