That Strauss innings really was something else, nearly as bad to watch as Tendulkar's double at the SCG.
Easily McCullum IMO. Clarke post-Bingle episode has to be up there as well.

Hey come on, I'm as big an Indian critic of the Tendulkar double as you can find but there's no way that innings was terrible to watch. He wasn't in any trouble throughout the knock and hardly gave any chances at all. It wasn't ugly, just boring by Tendulkar standards.
McCullum's gotta be #1, really.It's NZ's version of the 281. Can't believe Darren Bravo's double didn't get a mention though. Such an amazing knock.

Pleased to see at least one poster remembering Hussain's 100 in 2002.
England 0 for 2 batting first on a lively drop-in pitch could easily have been dispatched for under 100. Instead, we're competitive, Hoggard gives us a lead and then we have the silly 3rd and 4th innings when the pitch has become the flattest road you'll ever see.

I guess new people don't know that I found Tendulkar pretty **** to watch. Loads of bottom hand and IMO aesthetically ugly. Me and Jono argued for pages about it once.
