Ronchi would become the 4th Kiwi to play Test cricket for Australia.

I doubt Hayden and Gillespie will be there. Hayden will be 42!
I said thats for 2008 ;) , 2013's to far away to even guess .

Confusing, 2 Michael Clarkes!
Michael Clarke - 22 year old NSW batsman

Michael Clark - WA left arm seamer , son of former test bowler Wayne Clark.

International Vice-Captain
Well, yes. How else would you pronounce that?!:)

Hey and isnt there another one milling around somewhere...? Maybe my imagination.

A couple actually , Stuart Clark the NSW paceman who's played a couple of Australia A games.
And Anthony Clark the NSW off spinner , seems to be out of favour ATM though.

IMO Michael Clark is nowhere near the bowler Stuart Clark is.
Stuart Clark actually seems OK to me, nothing special, but better than plenty of the excuses for bowlers going around ATM.
IIRR both right-arm seamer Clarks have played in England; Stuart for Worcs in 2002, Michael very briefly for Warks in 2003.

Correct on both counts , only Michael is a left armer :P

I reckon he could be of some use in the future as he's generally bloody accurate & he hits the deck hard.
A more than handy batsman to.

As everyone else has said, 10 years is too long but I'll take a crack at it and go with Pakistan.

My Indian Team for 2013

20 Man Squad for Tests/ODI's

Gautam Gambhir
Vinayak Mane
Ambati Rayadu
Rahul Dravid (he'll only be 39 during 2013, we can also still hope)
VVS Laxman (he'll only be 37, we can still hope he's still playing ;) )
Sachin Tendulkar (he'll only be 39 at 2013, Im sure he'll play on ;) ;) )
Virender Sehwag
Yuvraj Singh
Mohammad Kaif
Parthiv Patel
Ajit Agarkar
Zaheer Khan
Irfan Pathan
Munaf Patel
Harbhajan Singh
Sarandeep Singh
Reetinder Sodhi
Ramesh Powar
Amit Mishra

Well you can add Rahul Dravid's name to that list as well, if Mohammad Azharuddin, Steve Waugh and Alec Stewart played until 40 odd, and Mike Gatting played until he was a grandpa, I don't see how Sachin, Rahul and VVS Laxman cannot play until that age as well (fitness and god willing ofcourse)

Plus ofcourse also accomidating any youngster who just happens to 'come out of the blue' in the next 9-10 years.

I think India is looking very, very strong in the years to come.

Vinayak Mane has immense talent --- great technique for an Indian opener.

But unfortunately doesn't seem to be using it very well in teh Ranji trophy.

2013 is a long way off....i mean who could have predicted windies's fall from grace in 1985 ten years hence?...or aussies dominance 10 years before?......the most striking example of the fickleness and unpredictability of team rankings would be sri lankas case....who in 1986 would have predicted their rise to the top 10 years hence?

The West Indies didn't fall from grace in the 80's. We were still quite good to the early 90's.

Besides, it didn't take a genius to see that. The team was old and was bound to retire within a slim period of years to leave us with a rebuilding effort.

That Indian 20-man squad will be nothing like, I'm afraid.

They cannot fit that many wheelchairs in a dressing-room

eddie, I wouldn't have expected you to get cricket confused with boxing.
Cricket doesn't addle the brains or batter the body so that most ex-players end-up in wheelchairs in their 40s.
