What other allrounder could do better? There's only McLaren and Morkel in the set up.

Stats show that 4 of the top 5 run scorers in the competition are Saffers.

The Indians realy are sh*t when it comes to batting out side of the sub-continent.

Now who do I root here for? Morkel playing for Devils or Lions?

I still rate Albie. But yeah it'd be a bad selection at all - it's certainly worth a go ahead of picking Parnell again ffs - I'm just not convinced he repeats his action well enough to be a successful international cricketer yet.

What worries me is how late he came on the scene. He's 25 and he's only played about 2 seasons of competitive cricket so did he go to school? Was he injured? Did he have consistency issues? Obviously I'm ignorant to it but I can't find anything before the last 2 seasons.

I don't think there's anything necessarily wrong with being a late bloomer; he's still got plenty of good cricketing years left in his body.

Think people must familiarise themselves with SA selection policies otherwise they are going to buy a lot of Duds.

I rate Morris. Excellent attitude. Same with Phangiso, though he is more a limited overs player.

Yeah I reckon Morris has a better shot of getting an IPL contract tbh, especially as he can whack it a bit with the bat.
