Google News Archive is a terrific resource for old cricket articles

International Debutant
And by old, I mean really old, going back to the 19th century. Google has digitized these newspapers and a fair number of them are available for free through the search page.

There is also a great timeline feature which allows you to narrow down your search. Say you want to search for articles on Bradman you can choose the year and then the month. You can pretty much follow the Bodyline series through articles in the newspapers of the day from Dec/Jan of 32-33. Here is an article on his famous duck after he returned to the team.

Here is another article on Vinoo Mankad's famous hundred at Lords.

I don't know know how long these articles will be free but right now it's a great resource for old test series on which we have relatively little online beyond Cricinfo scorecards.

Cricket Web: All-Time Legend
Really interesting this. A quick search found this article about W.G. Grace's England team taking on a team of 18 Victorians, would be fascinating to have the time to go through everything they have from those times.
