Jason Gillespie Set To Retire?

four_or_six

Cricketer Of The Year
Apparently he can't announce his intention to sign with the ICL (and therefore retirement) until after the game has started, otherwise he wouldn't be selected... how daft is that!

Now Matthew Nicholson too joins the retirees.

So, that's Lehmann, Elliott, Langer, Maher, di Venuto, Gilchrist, Hogg, Gillespie, Kasprowicz, Nicholson, Bichel, Tait... wow, that's a fair cast.

It's about the right time for most of those guys to go.
Lehmann was forced out by the famous Rod Marsh:@

No idea what is up with Tait though. Well at least I can say I faced him and got him out in a club game 8-). He was probably devastated with the test at the WACA + his action is always gonna put him on the brink of breaking down.
