The team you support losing

The pain is slightly lesser if you were an Englishman and were expecting it from the start.

Boycott's incessant use of the phrase 'I'm a great believer in...'

And Dermot Reeve in general. Especially his obsession with the 'corridor of uncertainty'.

Must say though, although they're both annoying in their different ways, they were often hilarious when commentating together on C4. Like the time Boycott told Reeve his opinion wasn't valid (paraphrasing here...) because he only played in 3 test matches. Genius!

Cricket, Lovely Cricket
Wrong analogy methinks.
The nude scenes are incidental to the movie, not necessarily a central theme.
A better one, in my opinion, would be if someone watched a porn movie and said he ejoyed only, ah.. one aspect.
Haha. Fair point.

LBW replays
FFS, why do they always pause the replay a foot before the ball actually hits the pad?

Also, I friggin hate Mark Nicholas' fawning idolisation of the Australians. His orgasmic "Yes, yes!!!" call when one of them got an lbw the other day was particularly nauseating.

Nicholas is just nauseating all the time.

The New Zealand non-cricket media, particularly the meat-heads that host talkback. By and large, we do pretty well for the size of our country, and the number of players we have (considering our grade cricket numbers are shrinking by the year). They only ever take notice when there's a chance for them to bag our players.

Now I'm not the best in the world at spelling or grammer but using fullstops and capitals make your posts so much easier to read and respond to. NONE OF THIS CRAP!!!!!! Because that is just as bad as is people who just write like this and continue for sentence after sentence without having any form of punctuation so you dont know when one sentence ends and where the other begins when people tlk in txt spk 2 dat reli pisss me off 2 da xtrem coz it jst so lzy. This is especially bad on a cricket forum where people actually want to read and respond to your posts with some intelligent debate, instead they are put off by your inability to make sense.

Damien Fleming's thick accent. There's an 'l' in 'Australia', it's not 'Ustraya'. That wound me up earlier in the world cup.

TBH, I'd guess just about everyone who posts properly dislikes that.

With minor exceptions, I tend to take those that post very-much improperly (ie no CAPS, txtspk, etc.) less seriously than those that do.

Agreed, it's hard to take people who post like that seriously because it is so difficult to read their point of view.
