Off the top of my head:

    1) Miandad's Sajda after hitting the winning runs against New Zealand in '92 WC semi final.

    2) Wasim's back to back deliveries in the final and Imran's speech.

    3) Saeed Anwar's 194.

    4) Inzamam's 329 and Akhtar's 6/11.

    5) Akhtar's back to back deliveries that got Dravid and Sachin.

    6) Multan 2005.

    7) Afridi's 4 sixes off Harbhajan.

    8) Yousuf's double century against England.

    9) Asif's spell against Sri Lanka.

    10) Asif's over to KP in the ODIs

I'll try and be as unbiased as possible. Its based on my time watching cricket, skewed slightly towards tests but not that much, because these are moments, not quality of cricket. ODIs seem to bring out tremendous moments quite often. All off the top of my head here. The main criteria is did I say "Holy crap... did that just happen?" Just stuff that made me stand up and go "Wow, glad I was able to watch that live."

    1) Laxman's 281 and India's win after following on
    2) Bangladesh def Aus 2005
    3) WC 99 Semi-Final. Amazing, heart-breaking and awesome all at the same time.
    4) Bevan last ball 4 to win vs. WI, Jan 1996
    5) Michael Kasprowicz c G jones b S Harmison
    6) SA chase down 434
    7) Adelaide Test 2004 - Australia score 500+ runs in the first innings against India... and lose!
    8) Tendulkar getting his 35th test century. Tonning up 35 times at the highest level possible, unbelievable.
    9) NWS Final. India 5/150 chasing 300+ at a time when that was very rarely chased (funnily enough, only 4 years ago). Two young kids in Kaif and Yuvi get them over the line.
    10) Champions Trophy Final 2004 - Ian Bradshaw and Courtney Browne guide WI to victory. Crazy. Can't imagine what their odds would have shot up to at 8 down.

    1. Laxman's 281 (vs. Aus)
    2. Gavaskar's 221 at the Oval
    3. Glorius Ian
    4. Glorius Freddie
    5. India winning overseas in WI
    6. Dravid's 270 (vs. Pak)
    7. Sachin's 35th
    8. Kapil Taking 432nd wicket (break world record)
    9. 1-1 in Australia (adelaide)
    10. Kapil Dev lifting 1983 trophy

Now these are from a perspective of an Indian fan, so the top 'ten' are entirely my own personal experiences. They are not the 10 most important things to happen to cricket in the last 25 years, but I assume the OP was asking about best moments personally.

Inzamam vs. New Zealand '92 WC semi-final
Wasim Akram getting rid of Lewis and Lamb on two consecutive deliveries
    Alan Donald to Michael Atherton
Saqlian Mushtaq seals the deal in Madras '99.
Inzamam's 50 at Arnos Vales against WI in the 2000 tri-series - one of the best ODI innings I have ever seen.
Shoaib Akhtar clean bowling Lance Klusener at Sharjah - Pakistan's first win over SA after a long period of time.
Jonty Rhodes taking the most amazing catch at Sharjah, against Sri Lanka (I think) - I can still vividly remember the manner in which his body twisted and bolted during the process. just completely unbelievable.
Pak vs. WI at St. John Antigua, WI win by 1 wicket - I have probably never been angrier in my life then I was when that Jimmy Adams edge was given not-out by the umpire.
SA going out of the 2003 WC. the manner in which they folded out was pretty heart-breaking (and I wasn't even a SA fan by that point)
WC 99 semi-final - the run-out of Alan Donald / Wasim's spell against England at Faisalabad during the 2000 tour. the best continuous display of bowling which failed to get a wicket - criminal.

2 of Bevan's ODI innings; one against WI at the SCG and one against NZ at the MCG would be very high on mine.

Mine will certainly be biased because I don’t get to watch cricket other than that involving Australia. This is it in no particular order and they’re not really ‘moments’ as such:

    1. Laxman innings in that 2001 series. That test and whole series in general. Incredible.
    2. Aus winning in India in 2004. Martyn’s emergence as a sub-continental specialist
    3. Ashes 2001. Martyn finally gets picked and bats like something out of a dream. Still the most perfect batting I have witnessed.
    4. WC 1999 tied semi-final. The most exciting match ever
    5. Bevan getting Aus over the line against NZ in one-dayer at MCG which Aus had to win to stay in series. I was there, have never been in such an electrifying atmosphere before.
    6. Shane Warne wonder ball.
    7. 1995 Aus regaining Frank Worrell trophy.
    8. Laxman during 2004 series in Aus; gorgeous batsmanship.
    9. Healey hitting that six in South Africa to win test or series I think.
    10. Warne’s seven wicket haul to South Africa in the famous match Aus lost in ’94. That was when he was at his peak with that deadly flipper. A privilege to have seen him at his best.
'It is hard to recall a batsman quite so serene, so unrushed, so unflappable.' Chris Ryan on ... look to the left. Ahhhh.
