bowling injuries
help me please!
all my batting has gonne to pot so im starting over again, and trying to fix the problem which iv recognised but its my bowling im worried about, yesterday, i bowled superbly, but now my back and shoulder is killing, wat stretches can i do to insure i dont get this stupid stiffness again? |

Is it the first time you've bowled in ages? It depends on whether your back and shoulder pain is muscular or not first I think.
I used to have a good stretching routine before and after bowling, I just have to remember what it was. It's pretty important to take the time to warm up and ease into your bowling. Don't just pick up a ball and start sending them down.
