Neither did any of the other quicks. It is a flat pitch. I rate someone like Harris as one of the best flat wicket bowlers in the world, and given he didn't extract anything either, I think it's pretty fair to say there just wasn't much in it.

DARREN Lehmann claims Jackson Bird replaced Mitchell Starc for the fourth Test because the wicket will help seam bowlers rather than swing bowlers.
Indians can't bowl - Where has the rumour come from as I myself and many indian friends arwe competent fast bowlers ?

With the English bid I said: Let us be brief. If you give back the Falkland Islands, which belong to us, you will get my vote. They then became sad and left

Lehmann should actually look at the wicket before he makes justifications like that then Australia prepare for Durham Ashes debut - YouTube

People (or "****s", as I like to call them) who pronounce the imaginary "x" in espresso need to be summarily killed, IMHO.

Speaking of things that make life fractions of a percentage worse overall: Bird's haircut is irritating, isn't it? His hairline's too low and the whole effect is just way too big for 2013.

Has a huge nappa generally as well, the boy; betting he has Irish blood.

    - Simon Barnes renders further comment on KP's autobiography superfluous in a sentence

Warne was suggesting day 2 would be the best for batting, do we think the pitch will speed up and allow that?

Can confirm, the LHC bloodline since fleeing the Eire potato famine has given me a very targetable bonce. Looks appalling after every haircut.

Yep, the one quarter of myself that originates from the bog side of the Irish Sea seems to be my head.
