There are a couple of factors mate...
1/ Consistency on the forum and posting of your side...
2/ How long you have been in the academy/waiting list
These are the 2 key factors, if you are a consistent poster on the forum and you never miss a team selection then your chances are increased more then if you won the comp...
The academy is to really give the new guys coming through a chance to get used to the game etc...
However the winner of the academy MAY get a chance to mix it with the big boys as i have a slightly altered plan for this years All Star series....
