Who would you rather have in your team for every format? Babar Azam has been in great form in every format since his debut for Pakistan and his playing style suits every format and on the other hand you have Rohit who has been playing for more than a decade now and is a monster in LOIs but absolutely useless in Tests even when India tried to change his batting order in that format yet he was still really average in Australia tour. Babar has just found his foot in Test cricket but has been amazing in his first Test tour in England, NZ and SA.

Well the WC is coming up so I'd stick with Rohit. Babz would be a good choice for replacing Rahane in the Test side though.

Babar's two fifties this series alone is better than anything Nohit has played in his whole test career. So got to be Babar.

Replace Rohit with Babar, our fortunes are going to remain the same in tests although Babar is a better test player. Our ODI team will be easily lessened though.

Replace Babar with Rohit, Pakistan's fortunes are going to remain the same in tests, although it will be a boost to their ODI team.

However, Babar is young and if he learns how to convert starts into big ones, he would surpass Rohit overall.
