What would be your Miracle XI?

Botham
Gilchrist
Warne
Larwood
Voce
Laker

Obviously a lot of recency bias, ans a bit England centric. But could you imagine Larwood and Voce sticking it up a Martians nose at 90mph?
They'd never have experienced another living being like Boycott before.
The best player who ever lived, with the best spinner who ever lived

Three different types of seamer, and two spinners who'd get wickets on any track

Only thing it lacks is a proper, natural captain. If I could, I'd get Jardine in there somewhere

Larwood easily, 90mph was probably his stock delivery, not even effort delivery. Voce was a much slower swing bowler who could get awkward bounce.

Martians would be used to dry, dusty conditions so in England would come up stuck against either a green top with heavy cloud overhead and a hint of rain in the air or, going back a bit, a sticky. Pick your XI accordingly.
