Short mid-wicket and shortish mid-on, everyone else packing the off side. Bowler to bowl an over the wicket wide yorker. Including 3 men on the fence, third-man, backward point and cover point. It's often overlooked that having men out can be a catching position even if they only need 1 run, a common mistake would be to bring everyone up.

Caught on the boundary with one to win would be a hilarious finish to any game, let alone a WC final.

Is it going to be possible to win another World Cup Final on a tie? A tie in 50 overs would mean a Super Over. Have they decided on a rule change yet for the next World Cup if the Super Over is also tied?
As far as the field setting to stop a run is concerned, you bring everyone up to save the single and trust your bowler. If you place men on the boundary you're setting a field for a poor delivery.
