Two quick tall guys from the 50s, one was averaging 21/22 half way through his career and was express, one was averaging 22/23 90% through his career and was very skillful

Behind both, but close to Hall. On quality might be better, but don't have the career for that
fair enough on Statham, he was averaging 23 about 62 tests in and had a respectable record against Australia and West Indies. Hall though, Adcock has 71 @ 22 against Australia/England while Hall has 110 @ 32.

I feel like Adcock is better

Adcock and Hall had almost as drastically different home conditions as well. IIRC, in matches he played the bowling average was something akin to 25.

tbf, the only place they both toured was England and Adcock averaged 23.36, had 4 WPM and took 2 5fers in 9 games while Hall had 34 wkts @ 32, no 5 fer and only 3.4 WPM
