I am undecided between Viv & Kapil.

Viv would be a better version of ABD and he can bowl.

Kapil would be a better and fitter version of Russell.

After his retirement, Shaun Pollock played one season in IPL and he had an economy rate of 6.54 which was 2nd best in that year(min : 10 wkts).

Think Wasim to me edges Kapil. He will have more impact with the ball in death overs to save games.
The ball wouldn't reverse though in t20. So he wouldn't be as elite at the death as he was in odis I'd say, although he'd still be elite ofc. Kapil's SR with the bat was exceptional for his era. I'd give him the edge

I think Wasim was a terrific hitter of the ball and the shorter format to me makes their batting difference less.

Given how many games are decided in the death I would want Wasim there.
