By Bumrah's career end this might be close. But even if let's say he becomes top tier ATG like McGrath, that basically matches Sachin. Dravid still beats Kohli. They would then beat Gavaskar/Kapil though.

Most valuable for team - Case can be made for Bumrah/Kohli

Most valuable just in quality - SRT/Dravid clear it for me.

Then you have Kohli who people have been calling slow despite having better SRs than most of his peers for a long time. Bumrah is obviously a goat bowler so this pair wins it for me.
