Praveen Kumar and Bhuvneshwar Kumar

Sunil1z

International Vice-Captain
Watched few YouTube videos of their performance in England in 2011 and 2014 .

Do you think they would have a successful career if they had played for England / SA / NZ ?

PK was a standout in an otherwise poor tour but suspect he would've been too slow to have an extended career for England.

BK a better candidate. Didn't he have a few injury issues though?

Praveen wouldn't have even been on the international radar. Probably an occasional domestic player at best. Bhuvi probably would have had a similar career to what he has in reality

Bhuvi too short Praveen too slow to attract the interest of SENA selectors. I don't see either forcing their way past the SENA attacks of the period either.

In the end India have had the right bowlers in place. I feel more for Pankaj Singh, who finally debuted and was revealed to be a pretty solid bowler in a dry era for India.

Bhuvi was very good but never had the body for test cricket matches without breaking down and it showed in the end

PaulLennon

U19 Captain
Bhuvi had some decent performances in his short career.

Most important being 2017 BGT 4th match Australia 2nd innings.
