Pink Ball Tests

Molehill

International Captain
So far there have been 20 of which 18 have been won by the home team. Of the two that weren't, one was at a neutral venue in Dubai, the other Sri Lanka beating a poor W Indies team. It seems there is even more home advantage than usual in these matches, not entirely sure why.

What is the actual point of them? Is there a significant increase in spectators as a result? Do more people watch on TV (note that the current game in NZ makes it harder for English fans to watch than normal)?

Has anybody got anything positive to say about them?
