*Official* Out of Retirement Thread

Theres the retirement thread and now we need one out of retirement thread. In last two days, two players, Amir and Imad Wasim came out of retirement. And we have seen few in last year. Moeen Ali, Tamim etc. Why do these guys retire in the first place? It became a joke now. Its funny that you honour a player in the field for the retirement and they announce availability for the next big gig.

is just a codeword for don't want to play at the moment, shuts the media up to a degree and in some cases reactionary sulk at not being picked or feeling hard done by....


the key question I guess is how many top players "retire" and unretire, some might argue Stokes in short formats but generally is a "lesser mortal" does it
