Because he has enough time to recover and joins Indian team in Australia but India not to take risk after Nupur nagar sue ( Bhuvneshwar's wife) BCCI.( Bhuvi forced to play 3rd ODI in eng with Aggrevated foot injury)( Bhuvi out of cricket for long time because over strain)

I believed Kumar should say no to virat on first place.( Prior advice Johnny Bairstow fully recover before rush to cricket,even Foakes insist Johnny's keeper job wide open for him whenever he returns)
